Supplement industry marketing” Somebody ! got to the truth”

He admits many times he used loads of gear like another famous bodybuilder on youtuber jerry ward. they are 100% honest with you and will tell you the truth because they know they dont need little naive kid supporting them and the mature people will know if jerry or rich recommend a supplement for you then you are best fucking taking it

Thanks for the advice. I've resorted to eating while shitting. it's working a treat! my toilet also has a seated bench press and leg raises attachment as well. eat, shit and workout at the same time. I'm a domestic flight pilot so time is valuable. whatever it take.

Let's say you want to go to a certain wait and have to choose between steroids and natural and you pick steroids, yes it will make it easier. But if you work just as hard or even harder and take steroids you can go beyond that number.

Has this guy ever been honest about his steroid use? Also, I hear what he is saying about real food and there's a part of me that believes that that is correct, even without really being able to pinpoint why. However, does he ever back this up with any actual science or research? Because it just seems as if though he saying all protein powders are the same and it's not better than real food over and over and over and over, without really telling us why. It's also highly presumptuous of him to say that no supplement will ever be better than real food. How in the world could one possibly know that? If either guys are lying to sell supplements, it makes me wonder what this guy is selling.
